1 chicken breast
2 strips of bacon
4 large mushrooms
? Pasta
? Dolmeo sauce
Oregano
Basil
Black pepper

METHOD

Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the packet

Chop the chicken breast, bacon & mushrooms into bite size pieces

Fry the chicken pieces in a little sunflower oil

When the chicken is almost cooked, add the bacon to the the frying pan

Remove from the heat once cooked

Fry the mushrooms in a little sunflower oil & remove from the heat once cooked

Drain the water from the cooked pasta, then add the chicken, bacon & mushrooms to the pan

Add the sauce and herbs and mix well, then return to the heat until warmed through
